Last year I started having like these tiny weird bumps kinda looking like acne but it wasn't like acne acne if that makes sense?
Point is, my skin isn't 100% perfect, I don't have that smooth pore-less porcelain skin. My face likes to act out from time to time, especially last year I don't know what was going on but it was just bad. It was acting out and didn't want to behave. And on top of that my skin is extremely sensitive, and I blemish and scar so easily even if I don't touch or mess with a breakout.
If I don't take care of my skin it will betray me lol
Last year I went to BeautyCon NYC, and a new friend I made there she's a MUA her IG is DolledUpByRose told me about the Shea Moisture African Black Soap after I told her my issue and we bonded over it because her skin used to do the exact same thing mine was doing and the dermatologist stuff never worked and if anything it made my skin worse. She showed me her before and after pics of when she started using the soap and I kid you not she looked great! Total transformation, bumps disappeared, the hyper-pigmentation from the blemishes were gone..I was like okay I need to try this!!
So of course when we got to the Shea Moisture booth I bought like 2 bars of the African Black Soap and I couldn't wait to go home and use it!
5 months later to today, and this is literally the only soap I use to clean my face morning and at night after I take off my makeup. My face has never looked this great and the hyper-pigmentation is gone and the bumps have disappeared :)
I want to thank Rose for recommending this product to me because my skin looks so great! Like if I could hug you right now I would haha <3
Plus I love that I don't have to use a ton of makeup anymore to cover-up my blemishes because they are non-existent! I use very little foundation or I would even go a-la-tinted-moisturizer something I couldn't even imagine using last year because I needed FULL coverage. Now I use minimal to sheer.
You can buy the soap at any drugstore or at Ulta they're about $6-$7.
